RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days from the time your purchase is delivered or you can exchange it for another item or gift card within 30 days. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with the tags attached. Items must be dropped off within 7 days after the return label is created or your return will be voided.

Items marked FINAL SALE or SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Please note all returns are subject to a $9 return shipping and restocking fee.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after your item is delivered. To exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order on our website. For assistance, please contact us at ecomm@greystateapparel.com.

REFUND

Your refund will be processed in the same form as the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Grey State reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

We only accept returns that were purchased on www.greystateapparel.com. We will not accept Grey State merchandise purchased at any other retailers.
