All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS on business days only (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please allow 3 business days for processing standard orders. Expedited orders (2nd Day and Next Day) placed after 11AM EST will ship the following business day. Expedited orders placed before 11 AM EST ship same day.
Grey State ships within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and Canada. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For information about International Shipping, please contact us at email@example.com.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with the tags attached. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE or SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
To exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order on our website. For assistance, please contact us at email@example.com.
Your refund will be processed in the same form as the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Grey State reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
We only accept returns that were purchased on www.greystateapparel.com. We will not accept Grey State merchandise purchased at any other retailers. Returns can be processed using our prepaid labels for a flat fee of $7.95

Returns and Exchanges:
At this time, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges on international shipments.
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a UPS tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped by www.greystateapparel.com for the tracking information to appear in the UPS system.
Upon receiving the shipping confirmation, Grey State account holders may sign into their accounts on www.greystateapparel.com and review order status.
