Q: My item is the wrong size – can I exchange it?
A: Absolutely! In order to exchange an item please return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund and place a new order on our website. To initiate a return, go to “start a return,” at the bottom of our website under customer care. For any assistance contact ecomm@greystateapparel.com.
Q: What size am I?
A: Our size 0 is an extra small, size 1 is a small, size 2 is a medium, size 3 is a large, and size 4 is an extra large. For more detailed measurements, consult our size chart, located at the bottom of our home page under customer care.
Q: Are your products ethically sourced and manufactured?
A: Ethical sourcing and manufacturing is essential to what we do. Because how we do business is just as important as what we do. We use the UN’s sustainability goals as our guide and manufacture in the most compliant, internationally-certified factories with the highest standards. Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your Grey State order you can return items for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with their tags attached can be returned using our prepaid label for a fee of $5.00. You can initiate a return by going to the bottom of our homepage and selecting “start a return” under customer care. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that any items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned at any time.
Q: How should I ship my return?
A: Please see above return policy.
Q: How much does US shipping cost?
A: For orders shipped via UPS ground, orders under $75 are 8.99. Shipping is free for orders over $75! For orders shipped via UPS 2 business day delivery shipping costs $19.99 and for UPS next business day delivery shipping costs $29.95.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.
Q: Has my order shipped yet?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order through the UPS website. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after shipping for your shipment to appear in the UPS system. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Grey State account. To log into your account, click the login icon at the top right of our homepage.
Q: I made a mistake in my shipping address – is it too late to change it?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can email customer service at ecomm@greystateapparel.com with your order number to see if we can effect the change before it leaves the distribution center.
Q: I’m interested in carrying Grey State in my store – how can I make that happen?
Q: Can I return a gift?
A: You may return a gift purchased from the Grey State Website if the item(s) are unworn and in good condition with tags still attached. Gift returns will be refunded to the card on which the order was purchased.
Q: How do I use a promotion code?
A: During the checkout process you will have the option to apply your discount code or gift card on the right side of the checkout screen.
Q: Are there any restrictions for promotions?
A: Typically, our promotions are run for a specified amount of time. Restrictions apply.
Q: I forgot to use my promo code – what do I do?
A: please email customer service at ecomm@greystateapparel.com with your order number and we can make an adjustment if your order has not yet shipped.
Q: Do you offer any first-time customer discounts?
A: We do! When you sign up for our email subscription, we offer 10% off your first purchase.
