Are your products ethically sourced and manufactured?

Ethical sourcing and manufacturing are essential to what we do. Because how we do business is just as important as what we do. We use the UN’s sustainability goals as our guide and manufacture in the most compliant, internationally-certified factories with the highest standards. What size am I?

Our size 0 is an extra small, size 1 is a small, size 2 is a medium, size 3 is a large, and size 4 is an extra large.  For more detailed measurements, consult our size chart, located at the bottom of our home page under customer care.

Do you offer any first-time customer discounts?

We do! When you sign up for our email subscription, we offer 10% off your first purchase.

Are there any restrictions for promotions?

Typically, our promotions are run for a specified amount of time. Restrictions apply.

I forgot to use my promo code – what do I do?

Please email customer service at ecomm@greystateapparel.com with your order number and we can make an adjustment if your order has not yet shipped.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.

Shipping Information

When will I get my order?

We ship the same day for orders placed before 11 am EST. For orders after this time, we ship the next day. Orders shopping to the East coast take between 1-3 days to receive. For orders shipping to the West coast please allow for 3-5 days to receive your order.

How much does US shipping cost?

For orders shipped via UPS ground, orders under $75 are 8.99. Shipping is free for orders over $75! For orders shipped via UPS 2 business day delivery shipping costs $19.99 and for UPS next business day delivery shipping costs $29.95.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do! We ship to Canada via FedEx for a $25 flat rate shipping fee.

I made a mistake in my shipping address – is it too late to change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can email customer service at ecomm@greystateapparel.com with your order number to see if we can effect the change before it leaves the distribution center.

My item is damaged, can I get a replacement?

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Grey State order you can return items for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You can make an exchange for up to 30 days by returning via gift card and repurchasing your item. Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with their tags attached can be returned using our prepaid label. You can initiate a return by going to the bottom of our homepage and selecting “start a return” under customer care. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that any items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned at any time.

Please note all returns are subject to a $15 return shipping and restocking fee.

My item is the wrong size – can I exchange it?

Absolutely! In order to exchange an item please return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund and place a new order on our website. To initiate a return, go to “start a return,” at the bottom of our website under customer care. For any assistance contact ecomm@greystateapparel.com

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
