WHAT IS GREY STATE INSIDER?
Grey State Insider is our free loyalty program. You’re automatically enrolled when you place your first order, or when you create a loyalty profile account. Start earning points with your first order. The more you shop, the more you earn, and the better your perks get.
WHAT ARE THE TIERS AND HOW DO I MOVE UP?
There are three tiers based on your annual spend:
Insider — Free, auto-enrolled on your first order or sign up. Favorite — $500+ per year Muse— $1000+ per year. Your tier status is determined by your spending over the previous 12 months.
HOW DO POINTS WORK?
You earn points on every purchase automatically when you are signed into your account. Every 250 points = $10 off a future order. Each $10 voucher expires 180 days from the date it was issued.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
At checkout, you’ll see the option to apply your available points. You need at least 250 points to redeem at $10 increments. Or you can log into our loyalty account to see what rewards you have available.
CAN I USE POINTS AND A PROMO CODE IN THE SAME ORDER?
Yes. Points and promo codes can be
combined on a single order, as long as both are valid for the items in your cart.
WHAT OTHER WAYS CAN I EARN POINTS?
Beyond purchases, you can earn
through verified product reviews, social follows, and referrals. Birthday rewards are issued annually.
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
No points do not expire unless they have reached 250pts and have been converted to store credit. Store credit of $10 increments expire every 180 days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY REWARD?
Your birthday reward is issued in the month of your birthday — make sure your birthdate is saved in your account. Reward expires 30 days after your birthday.
HOW DOES EARLY ACCESS WORK?
Favorite and Muse members get a early access window to shop sales before they open to the public. You’ll receive an email when your early access window opens.
WHAT DOES EXTENDED RETURNS MEAN FOR MUSE MEMBERS?
Muse members have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All other tiers follow our standard return policy.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN SOMETHING?
Rewards spent on returned items will be reinstated to your account and return to their original expiration date.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY PURCHASES EARN POINTS?
Make sure you are logged into your account at checkout — points apply automatically. Points are earned on the product subtotal excludes taxes and shipping.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY POINTS AND TIER?
Log into your account and go to the Members dashboard. You’ll find your current balance, tier status, earn history, and any active rewards.
